No More Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service, LLC promises to provide quality cleaning services by:
-Providing professional cleaning services that is registered to operate and insured.
-Providing cleaning equipment and products to scheduled cleaning service. We do ask that you provide your own cleaning products and equipment when special requests are made for specific products, and equipment that we do not carry. Vacuums will only be provided for homes with no pets or bugs (roaches, fleas, bed bugs). If you provide your own equipment and cleaning products it is up to you to replace them as well as replace any needed parts for vacuum. We do not replace your vacuums due to normal wear and tear.
In order to give you the best possible service we ask that you …
-Make your home accessible. The best solution is to provide No More Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service a key or a code to enter your home. A fee will be applied if we are locked out of your home and unable to do services at our scheduled time. 45$ Fee. No Exceptions.
-Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned. If your home is not ready to be cleaned, an hourly rate may be applied for additional time getting your home ready to be clean.
-If we are requested to start laundry, or use client's vacuum, you agree to not hold No More Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service, LLC liable for any damages or breakage to your laundry, vacuum, or any other requested item being used.
- We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. It is for this reason; we avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental valuable items. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of service and after 3 days customer assumes liability.
– No More Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service, LLC cannot be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
- PICTURES OF BEFORE AND AFTER WORK
For first time customers and one-time customers, we take before and after photos of our work. These pictures are used for training, proof of performance as well as promotion. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home, please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
Rescheduling, Cancellation and Lockout Policy:
– We require 24-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations. There will be a $45 charge for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning and all lockouts.
– Our cleaning hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. If for any circumstance our staff is sent away or locked out from your home between these hours, you will be charged the $45 fee. We will make every effort to work within time frames requested, but ask not to be sent away during our working hours.
– We will make every attempt to reschedule company-initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions as close to regular scheduled cleaning date as possible.
Other Information from No More Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service, LLC– To meet customer needs and their satisfaction, No More Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service, LLC reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.
– If customer requests changes to service that differs from original estimate, additional charges will be billed or a new estimate may be required.
– Due to exposed liability, we cannot care for pets, plants, or children.
-We reserve the right to terminate services at any time. If for any reason you, or the company, are no longer a good fit, we will give you notice as soon as possible and ask for the same in return.
-We have a zero tolerance to verbal abuse of any kind. Any cursing at us or yelling, is terms for immediate termination of services.
Billing and Payment Policy;
-We ask that you place a card on file. After services your card will be billed if no other form of payment is left for us. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
-We accept payment through Zelle, Cash, Credit, Venmo, Cash App, and Checks. Please leave check or cash on the kitchen counter for each visit. If you send money please be advised that if it is not received on our end due an error on your end, you are still responsible for the payment and it is your responsibility to correct it.
-A NSF will be charged a $35 fee for all returned checks.
All information given to No More Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service, LLC will be solely used for the purpose of serving you. No data of any kind will be given to anyone else, or any other company without your consent.
